The Golden Share Company was established in 2002. Since then, we have come a long way from a group of like-minded people to a team of seasoned professionals who focus on maintaining the highest standards in accounting, reporting and customer satisfaction. Our related outsourced services include financial audit, staff recruitment and tax and legal assistance.

We enjoy delivering the auditing, accounting and related services to our clients to the highest standards of performance, quality, value and ethics. Our accountants, auditors and lawyers have relevant education and many years of experience in their fields. We provide our staff with the most up-to-date training and resources, monitor changes in laws and regulations, analyze any relevant publications and use professional network information systems. We keep abreast of not only legal and accounting developments at the national level, but of changes in the international financial reporting standards (IFRS) as well.

Our fully computerized company has the latest hardware and software that utilize SAP or Oracle databases, Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems and can store and process large amounts of the accounting and tax data on representative offices of multinational companies to their benefit.
